  I like the bigger store but there is only 1 dressing room and when we went to use the 1 restroom it was disgusting! Plus no soap! Not impressed at all. Very disappointed.

  Went in to EXCHANGE 2 pairs of shorts my son received as a gift for smaller size. They did not have the size I needed and was told they could only exchange for exact item. They would not let me exchange for another pair. Was told that they could not for it was policy. I went in with intent to exchange and buy 4 pairs of pants for my other son. Was told that I was basically stuck with shorts I have no use for. Even called customer service and was told the same thing. They would rather loose thousands of dollars over the next 5 years (I have 2 boys ages 4 & 5) than to EXCHANGE $20 worth of shorts. I have cut up their credit card and will no longer shop therr

  So they r saying the package couldnt be delivered i was here all day friday so i dnt see why not. Now 35 mins on phone still on hold saying they r going to see about sending me another gift card to get clothes..i was like well why dnt u send back out the package..sorry maam we cant do that..im like so im going to have to go back online and pick out all sizes and clothes again and HOPE tht yall still have them. And ths will be weeks frm now since i will have to order them yet again and wait 4-6 weeks hes telling me till i get the gift card and then order and then wait for them to come!!!! Yep lost another customer DONT SHOP HERE
