  AHS defered me to these guys a number of months ago to fix my dishwasher. I thought I was angry then, because they came out FOUR TIMES with random parts (I could see they did little or no diagnostics), once with the wrong part, once saying they'd "be right back".... the final time the second repairman (they brought two) spotted a burnt out fuse....argh... They cost me more in lost work than a new dishwasher for a repair which should have taken 15 minutes with proper diagnosis. But that's not the worst of it. Just this wednesday, the dishwasher started smoking! When I opened it up, I found that they had made a shotty electrical connection (simple wire twist & elec. tape). It nearly melted the elec. enclosure for the few seconds that it was arcing, and if unattended would have BURNED DOWN MY HOUSE! In my opinion, these guys are overworked handy men, and not repair professionals. They're probably too busy for your business, and you probably don't want them to handle it anyway. -- Robert
