  Same expirience with previous reviewer. My husband came there and asked to replace the battery. He was told that the watches needs to be cleaned for $85 as battery replacement didn't help. He disagreed and decided to check by himself. old battery was installed back incorrectly as bottom contact was bended so it didn't touch the bottom of battery. I can't say was it done on purpose or that watch "expert" simply can't do his job but in both cases looks surprizing.... Next day we got a battery in Ace Hardware for $5 and installed by ourself - working fine right now. Never ever go there again.
