  I love Janie and Jack and I have been buying their clothes since more than 6 years now but I had the worst experience ever in this particular store! They sold a special occasion jacket which had a mark on it to my husband. I quickly saw the mark, I called the store to let them know about it. When I went to return it they told me I need to see a store manager who wasnt present on a saturday evening in the store! The representative whom i spoke with on the phone denied to take the piece back! She just kept telling that I need to speak with the manager and I should come back on a Sunday! How ridiculous is that to assume I am just going to keep on visiting the store to make a return based on their manager's availability! Bad experience! Better to buy online at least we get a fresh piece and do not have to deal with bad customer service.
