  Do not buy, or take repairs here they are very expensive and low quality, you pay less and turnaround is way faster across the street at Shannons fine jewelry, at Jared's Roger the suposed to be "jeweler" is very incompetent, and slow to solve a problem, he have to ask permission to his district manager for every word that he want to say. AVOID PAIN, GO TO CONSULT WITH A REAL JEWELER, just across the street is Shannon's!
