  rude.Rude.RUDE. The guy that put the names on the hat "assistant manager Andrew ", was the only one worth a job in there. The rest of them were lazy and rude. Yeah, 4 people on the clock and one working. "Jasmine" I believe her name was.... told anyone that asked for anything that they didn't have time. They had time to stand and make fun of customers though. I guess at this place that is all they have time for. We waited for almost 2 hours after being told it would take a half hour to an hour to get it done. This place has gone down hill in the past year. I hope they look into changing their employees out. That is the only way we would go back! I'd rather drive my daughter to Humble to get things done than to ever deal with that again.
