  Just passed by the Lancôme area to purchase the exact same mascara I am using - even brought the product along to show the sales lady. She said she would get the product, took amazingly long and then handed it in a bag to me. I paid but then thought about checking what was in my bag. How inspired! It was not what I wanted! Went back to the stand and the lady was obviously irritated when she told me they did not have the product I wanted in stock... so what? Can't you COMMUNICATE with your customers? Why try to sell me something else vs explaining you are out of stock? Really? This is not acceptable. Always check what's in your bag, ladies!
