  Shana is very knowledgeable about different type of mattresses. She is very patient in giving us all the time we need to try different mattresses and answer all our questions very thoroughly. She gives us the best possible price on the mattress we bought and made the whole process very smoothly. I would definitely buy another mattress at this location - MF at Lake Woodlands Dr because of Shana. Honestly, there are many mattress firms store around here and the other places I went to were not good at all. We also went to other mattress stores and none of that could be compared to the wonderful experience we have with Shana at Mattress Firm - Woodlands.
