    The store manager Sobrina or (Sabrina) was very rude and unpleasant dealing with. I sent my daughter into the store to pick up a laptop that we ordered online that away I wouldn’t have to go into the store. We called her and asked her nicely to release the laptop to my daughter and then she started to get an attitude with us when we asked her once more to release the laptop she replied “Sir. I am very surprised that you are getting mad at me”. She was very rude to us and was extremely unpleasant dealing with. Definitely a reason I will not be buying another electronic device from this location.

    Tiziano is a superstar and so is Bubba. I had an issue with a graphics card and the notes weren't in their system. Tiziano (the italian dude) patiently worked with me until the problem was solved. Thank you! This is why I am a Microsoft fan!

    I scheduled for an appointment for 1:15 for a computer diagnosis. I was entertained and signed in by a young lady in a colorful hairdo and was very pleasant and attentive. Answered some of my queries about possible purchases and specs. I waited for 20 mins and asked a couple of other female employees, one appears to be disinterested and my impression is that I was taking her time and was not very helpful, another was somewhat helpful and pleasant. I was unhappy about that one employee that presented as if she really does not want to be there to assist customers as I was in earshot of the next people she talked to. What helped this trip is Christian, the tech guy, amiable, knowledgeable and very informed. He is the prime asset of that store. Kudos to him but sales staff needs some upgrades.
