Was told to call and get the replacement part, once we did, we were told our bed is no longer supplied for and it was going to cost us 250.00 to update our bed. This is not our fault that sleep number upgraded there design and is NOT covering this expense in FULL. I am angry I paid to much for a sleep number bed and now that is needs a simple part I am unable to get this? WTF
