  The pretentiousness of the girls that work here is astounding. While they may dress like snobby country club moms, they are rude, pushy and ignorant of merchant practices. 2 days after buying a purse for my mother I came back to return it because she thought the patterned fabric was more for a middle school child than an adult woman. My bad, I know. Anyway, the girls working refused to accept the return and refused to print a new receipt with the American Express I used and presented to them. I reminded these snobs that if they took Amex they were bound by the merchant agreement. Of course, the cashier blinks at me like I had just spoken Swahili or something. The manager (with one of THOSE haircuts, ya know?) was brought out. She said that of course they could take my return if I had entered my entire life history into their database 2 days beforehand. They needed my ID and my Amex to buy the damn purse but now they wanted more info than Facebook for a return. WTF? In the end, I left the purse in the store and called American Express who quickly reversed the charge and said they would be investigating with corporate why this store was breaking their legal agreements. So ladies, if you MUST buy this stuff, just use an online merchant with a great return policy. There is ZERO reason to use retail locations like this one. God Bless and buy American, Tanner.
